Admission Requirements
Abilene Christian University offers admission to applicants who appear to have the highest potential for graduate study. Admission decisions are based on a combination of factors, including the statement of purpose and letters of recommendation. ACU also considers the appropriateness of your goals to the degree program in which you are interested.
To be admitted into the online Master of Science in Organizational and Human Resource Development programs you must:
- Complete an application and pay the $100 application fee
- Have completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university or comparable non-U.S. university (see specific department for any additions or exceptions)
- Have a cumulative undergraduate approximate B average or above in the area of focus or related area and evidence of an overall productive GPA
- Submit official transcripts showing all previous college work
- Submit two letters of recommendation
- Provide a two-page, typed purpose statement describing career goals, professional interests and reasons for wanting to enter the OHRD program
- Submit a current resume
